Project Manager/Program Manager, K Group - Kesko Oyj - Remote - Global

K Group is looking for a Project Manager / Program Manager to lead business-critical IT infrastructure projects and M&A-related change initiatives. You will be responsible for leading demanding IT infrastructure projects and programs supporting Kesko’s business operations and future development, including cloud services, data centres, networks, capacity management, managed services, service transitions, and M&A-related integrations, separations, and harmonisation activities. Your role involves planning and leading projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring clear scope, schedule, budget, governance, and stakeholder alignment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of IT specialists, architects, service owners, suppliers, and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable, business-oriented outcomes. You are expected to bring structure, clarity, and forward-looking thinking to complex change initiatives, improve ways of working, utilize new digital and intelligent solutions, and ensure IT infrastructure supports business continuity, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with Kesko’s business units, IT teams, service owners, procurement, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to build reliable, future-ready IT services that enhance customer shopping experiences and support K-retailers.
