As an early childhood education teacher, you are a team leader, pedagogical director, and community builder. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the team and organizing daily operations to support children's learning, development, and well-being in accordance with early childhood education law. - Building learning environments with your team where curiosity and joy are visible and felt in every corner. - Planning activities where each child can be met and heard as themselves. - Creating routines that support the development of emotional skills, interaction, and cooperation, and initiating preventive support measures quickly. - Developing pedagogy with colleagues to strengthen a supportive atmosphere and evolving operational culture. - Actively collaborating with guardians, multidisciplinary networks, and local actors in genuine partnership. If no qualified early childhood education teacher is found, we will fill the positions with temporary early childhood education social workers. - Ability to lead and inspire a team and utilize its various strengths. - Desire to make early childhood education inspiring and heartfelt. - Pedagogical courage, active development attitude, and ability to think outside the box. - Ability to genuinely meet the child and see every child as an opportunity.
