Job Description
Would you like to do meaningful work? We are currently seeking an active and proactive participation worker for a permanent position in the Participation and Well-being Unit of the Corporate Administration, starting from August 12, 2026, or as agreed. Participation and Well-being The Participation and Well-being Unit is part of the Administration and Communications result area and functions within the corporate administration. The unit promotes residents' well-being, community spirit, and participation by developing and implementing preventive and impactful models. The work supports residents' opportunities to participate, influence, and enjoy good health in their daily lives. The work is carried out in close cooperation with various municipal sectors and stakeholders. Job Description The participation worker acts as a practical assistant and implementer within the Well-being Promotion Unit. Tasks include organizing and executing various projects, events, occasions, and theme weeks, as well as networking. Additionally, the participation worker assists in preparing plans and programs. Skills Success in this role requires good networking and interaction skills, an active and proactive work attitude, and the courage to take initiative. We also expect good organizational and communication skills, as well as an enthusiastic and inspiring attitude. Qualifications A suitable lower university degree is required for the position. A valid B driver's license is also necessary. Employment The position is permanent, starting from August 12, 2026, or as agreed. A six-month probation period applies. The standard working hours are 38 hours and 15 minutes per week, primarily daytime work, with occasional evening shifts. Partial remote work is also possible. The salary is €2,618.94 per month. In addition, experience-based pay according to KVTES is paid based on relevant work experience. Salary and employment conditions are governed by the municipal general collective agreement (KVTES).
