Job Description
Esperi Toimintakeskus Oivapaja in Sastamala organizes daily work and daytime activities for adults with special support needs. The goal is to support clients' independence, strengthen functional capacity, and provide meaningful, inclusive activities. The days include various workshops, outdoor activities, errands, and trips in the local area, promoting participation and social functioning. Practical skills are developed through tasks in kitchens, cleaning, and property maintenance, as well as work placements.
