We have a substitute position available at Sateenkaari, Korppoo from August 17, 2023, to December 31, 2026. Your tasks As a nursing assistant, you will be a member of a multidisciplinary team and responsible for implementing services for clients using a rehabilitative approach. Your workday will include basic care, medication management, organizing cultural and recreational activities, and supporting residents' participation and functional capacity. You will take turns as the responsible nurse during your shift. Your duties also include planning and organizing work, informing, reporting, and documentation. You will collaborate with relatives and other stakeholders involved in the care and well-being of residents. We value IT skills related to social and health care software and experience in caring for people with memory disorders. A valid LOVe medication license is an advantage. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional degree in social and health care (nursing assistant) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in the JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
