Job Description
We are seeking a Finnish-speaking cleaning service supervisor for our team in Vaasa. The role involves guiding and supporting the cleaning team, planning work shifts, organizing sites, ensuring quality, maintaining active communication with clients, and participating in cleaning tasks. The position is independent and responsible, requiring quick adaptation to changing situations. The ideal candidate has experience in cleaning, proactive attitude, solution-oriented approach, and responsibility. Good Finnish language skills are essential, with at least satisfactory English skills. A driving license and the possibility to use a personal car are advantages.
