Part-time Basic Education Teacher, Crafts (hard materials) and Physical Education - Haminan kaupunki - Hamina, Finland

We are seeking a part-time teacher for basic education, crafts (hard materials), and physical education for a fixed-term substitute from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The subject taught will be crafts, hard materials, and physical education. The position will be based at Neuvottoma School at the start of the employment relationship. We expect applicants to have professional competence and solid experience, as well as a developmental approach to work, teamwork skills, the ability to differentiate instruction, positive pedagogical skills, and organizational skills. Additionally, experience in material procurement and inventory management for technical work and physical education is valued. Emphasis is placed on occupational safety. The weekly hours are approximately 10 hours, but the final weekly hours will be confirmed in the work plan for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualification requirements are based on the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (986/98).
