We are looking for someone to develop and strengthen our sales actively for customers in the land and water construction (MVR) sector in the Western Finland region for Onninen. Your task is to handle consultative service sales in the Southwest Finland area. You will be an active part of a professional team specialized in serving MVR customers. Your goal is to know your responsibility area including contractors, water utilities, cities, municipalities, and public sector units. You will manage the industry, competitive landscape, and collaborate with leading suppliers. You will build trust-based relationships at different levels within your customers' organizations, understand their business challenges, and support their operations with professional and effective solutions. You will play an important role in the success of your customers and the unit. The specific responsibilities and title will be negotiated based on your skills and experience. If the initial position is a technical responsible seller, our joint goal is to develop it towards a customer responsible manager role with broader expertise and industry experience.
