Revvity is undergoing a major digital transformation, including a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA. The SAP Business Analyst – Manufacturing & Supply Chain will be a key member of the Global IT team, responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting SAP solutions across Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This role spans the full project lifecycle—from business process analysis and solution design through deployment and ongoing operational support—while ensuring alignment with global SAP standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze, document, and map end-to-end Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes. Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain in alignment with Revvity’s Global Design principles and SAP Best Practices. Coordinate closely with other SAP solution architects, developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure integrated and scalable solutions. Configure and validate SAP solutions (S/4HANA), ensuring functional and technical integrity. Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, design reviews, and solution validation. Oversee and support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation across all project phases (Planning, Design, Build, Test, Deploy). Support training of key users and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners, facilitating effective collaboration. Ensure IT processes and SAP solutions comply with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 requirements. Provide day-to-day operational support, incident analysis, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes.

Job Details

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP application management and solution delivery, with hands-on involvement in SAP implementations from initiation through post-go-live support
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (greenfield experience highly preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain SAP processes, such as Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management / EWM, Quality Management (QM)
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and across multiple time zones
  • Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and system integration concepts
  • Strong communication skills with a business- and user-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English and French (both mandatory)
