Job Description
The role involves developing, maintaining, and implementing standardized time estimation methodologies for Nordex installation processes. The engineer will ensure accurate, traceable, and scalable time calculations across all operational levels, from steps and tasks to Road Maps, Phases, WTG, and Wind Farm, enabling digital continuity, planning accuracy, and process optimization. Tasks include structuring and updating the methodology, defining and validating times, building and maintaining databases, supporting Road Maps, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, guiding pilot tests, and ensuring documentation harmonization. The candidate should have a degree in Engineering or STEM, experience in process engineering, wind industry knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, MTM, data analysis, programming, database management, and good English and Spanish skills.
