We are seeking an expert in educational system services to strengthen our expertise, especially from the perspective of continuous learning. The position is permanent and begins in September-October 2026. The role involves maintaining, developing, and utilizing key educational systems (e.g., Peppi, EduPlan, Opin.fi), supporting continuous learning, and improving customer-oriented service processes related to study pathways, registration, payment, and study management. The role combines practical system work, development, and coordination, with influence on how digital solutions and educational services evolve at the university. You will act as the main administrator and expert in key systems, participate in system development, and support staff and students in using systems and processes effectively. We offer a versatile and impactful role at the core of education and digital solutions, with opportunities to develop your skills in systems, processes, and digital services. The position includes a six-month probation period.
