We expect you to have a flexible and positive attitude, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and to be proactive. Qualifications for the roles include professional qualifications in the relevant field or other suitable education. For short-term substitutes, we also consider students in the field and applicants with experience in the position. Please note that those working in swimming pool supervision must successfully complete a lifeguard test swim before performing their duties. Practice sessions for the test swim can be arranged separately. Applicants must present proof of identity and any relevant work and educational certificates at the interview. Students should bring a transcript of completed studies.
