Construction Support Tasks Summer 2026 - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are looking for energetic infrastructure sector assistants for temporary tasks in the Helsinki metropolitan area during the summer. The work involves assisting on construction sites, such as moving materials and goods, site cleaning and maintaining general order, traffic control, and other assisting tasks on the construction site. We expect from you an energetic and motivated attitude, readiness for outdoor physical work, following instructions and safety regulations, flexibility for temporary work, and Finnish language skills. We offer diverse tasks at various sites, opportunity to gain valuable experience in the infrastructure sector, compensation according to the infrastructure sector collective agreement (pay group IIII), from June 1, 2026, €13.59–15.71/hour depending on skills, and per diems and mileage allowances for travel from home to the site. Working hours are mainly weekdays during day shifts, and the number of shifts varies according to site needs. Interested?
