Engineering Manager, Product - Epassi - Remote - Global

We are currently hiring an Engineering Manager to be based in either Finland, Germany, Poland, Spain, Sweden, UK, Italy or Netherlands. The preferred locations are Finland & Germany. Your mission at Epassi As an Engineering Manager for our user-facing experiences, you will lead a cross-functional team of 3–8 engineers building services spanning areas such as onboarding, benefits surfaces, discovery, activity rewards, or our B2B employer and merchant portals. Your team works at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, shipping features that are used directly by customers, and the 13,000+ fitness and wellness partners across our network. Your main objective is to build a high-performing, collaborative team, maintain a high bar for quality and delivery, and help your engineers grow. You will work closely with your Product Management and Design to shape your team's roadmap, translate user and business needs into great software, and ensure your squad has the clarity and momentum it needs to deliver. As Epassi consolidates its brands under one unified platform, you will play a meaningful role in building the product that brings that vision to life for millions of customers across Europe.
