HR Intern – France - Basware Oyj - Paris, France

Are you studying HR or looking to build practical experience in Human Resources? We are looking for an HR Intern to support our France team with a variety of local and regional HR administration, compliance, employee experience, and coordination activities. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across several HR areas, including employee documentation, French-specific HR compliance, training coordination, onboarding follow-up, social dialogue support, employer branding, and office-related HR coordination. You will help organize and structure local HR documents, support the transition of certain paper-based records into digital formats, assist with mandatory French HR processes, and contribute to initiatives that improve the employee experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, fluent in French, comfortable working in English, and eager to learn how HR operates in an international business environment.
