We are seeking pharmacist assistants for HUS Pharmacy in primary and specialized healthcare units for the following positions: Helsinki City Rehabilitation Assessment Unit, permanent; Meilahti Tower Hospital cardiology wards M8A/M9, fixed-term until August 31, 2027. Employment begins between September 2026, according to agreement. In Helsinki City Rehabilitation Assessment Unit, the pharmacist assistant's duties include updating medication records, medication reviews, responding to medication information inquiries, training nurses, and developing medication management and safety processes. The work is located at various Helsinki city units, so the physical workplace varies. The position is full-time. Experience in medication assessment (LHA) is valued. At the Meilahti cardiology wards, tasks include updating home medication, verifying medication information, developing medication management and safety, and pharmaceutical logistics, training, and orientation. Salary is in accordance with the social and health care personnel collective agreement (SOTE). The starting salary for a pharmacy assistant at HUS Pharmacy without prior hospital pharmacy experience is €3,159.07/month. Experience-based supplements are also paid. The working hours are flexible, averaging 7 hours and 39 minutes per day, mainly between 7:00 and 17:00. Annual leave accrual is according to the collective agreement (up to 38 days/year).
