The roles are permanent and part-time (20-25 hours/week), including shifts during all opening hours, from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends. As a Shift Leader, you motivate your team with positivity and energy, manage operational tasks, and develop your customer service skills. You will prepare drinks and food, maintain cleanliness, and focus on team well-being and development.
