Logistics Supervisor for the new Biltema store - Biltema - Oulu, Finland

Growth continues with new stores coming to Oulu, Joensuu, and Kokkola in autumn 2026. We are looking for a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR for the new Oulu store. You will work in the Oulu store, and your duties include optimal management of the goods flow and supervisory responsibility for daily warehouse routines and efficiency. You are responsible for product orders, order limits, and scheduling in store logistics, balance management, and after-marketing, but also operate smoothly at the customer interface. You belong to the store's management team and are responsible in turn for the entire store's operation. We expect: Sales and customer service orientation and good interaction skills; Education in the retail sector and/or experience as a supervisor in retail or grocery trade, as well as a few years of experience in similar roles; Sufficient IT skills; Ability to cooperate and initiative, and above all, a positive and energetic attitude; Forklift driving skills are considered an advantage; Readiness to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
