Summer Job Shift Leader, Naantali - Oy Ahola Group Ab - Naantali, Finland

Ahola Transport is looking for a summer employee for the position of Shift Leader at the Naantali location. The employment is temporary for the summer (June 1 - August 30, 2026), with the possibility of extension. As a Shift Leader, you will have overall responsibility for all activities occurring in the reloading areas of the transportation link and will be responsible for coordinating reloading operations. You will act as the contact person for scheduling and the shipping company within the transportation link. We are looking for someone who can lead and guide drivers and forklift drivers to achieve smooth loading optimization. You should be able to find cost-effective solutions regarding fill rate and capacity utilization. Success in this role requires good cooperation with drivers, schedulers, and staff, as well as the ability to communicate with them. Finnish and English are required for communication. Skills in Swedish, Estonian, and Russian are considered an advantage.
