HSE Supervisor (Construction Site – Microsoft Data Centre, Espoo, Finland) - Litana Finland Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to join our team at the Microsoft Data Centre construction project in Espoo, Finland. The role involves ensuring compliance with HSE standards, coordinating on-site safety activities, and promoting a strong safety culture. The HSE Supervisor reports to the HSE Manager and works closely with site management and subcontractors to maintain a safe workplace. Key Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with HSE policies, conducting site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident investigations, ensuring safe working practices especially in electrical and high-risk activities, updating HSE documentation, promoting health and safety awareness, and collaborating with HSE representatives. Requirements include a degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field, at least 1 year of HSE experience in construction or similar industry, knowledge of electrical safety principles, Finnish legislation, EU safety standards, valid safety cards, computer literacy, and good communication skills in English and Russian.
