Do you enjoy physical work and take pride in your craftsmanship? Join us as a steel fixer at the Rudus concrete product plant in Kurikka! Your work will focus on the reinforcement of concrete structures: - You will cut, bend, and install reinforcing bars and meshes according to drawings, as well as handle tying and welding. Tasks vary based on your skills, and you will see the results of your work immediately in practice. Expectations and requirements: - The work is physical in nature, so we expect good basic fitness and genuine motivation for production work. - Previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage! - Legal age - Fluent Finnish language skills The position is fixed-term, and you will be paid a competitive salary in accordance with at least the Collective Agreement (TES) for the Construction Product Industry / based on salary request. Working hours are regular (weekdays 7:00–15:30), allowing for a smooth daily routine. Work starts immediately upon finding suitable candidates. Although the position is initially fixed-term (until the end of September), a successful employee may have the opportunity to continue working after that.
