Finnish-speaking Practical Nurse Position in Home Care, Helsinki - Medipower Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a Finnish-speaking practical nurse for home care work in East Helsinki and the city center area. The shifts are mainly morning and evening shifts, with approximately 3 shifts per week. Start as soon as possible. Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for basic care of elderly people in their own homes, medication management, and daily support. The job also includes recording and monitoring patient information in the Domacare system. Shifts are mainly in the morning and evening. An orientation will be provided at the start of employment. We hope you have: * A practical nurse qualification or nearing completion of practical nursing studies (120 credits) or nursing student (60 credits) * Medication authorization * Good communication skills * Independent and responsible work attitude * B driver's license (car available for use) * Moderate/good proficiency in Swedish The position requires vaccination protection according to infectious disease law.
