We are now looking for cooks and waiters for our client companies for the winter season in Ruka and Kuusamo. There are diverse job opportunities in various restaurants and hotels. Jobs are available for the winter season 2026-2027 for different lengths of employment. Most jobs start around November and the season continues until the end of March. You can also work for a shorter period, for example during the busy Christmas season. In most positions, working hours are 90h-112.5h/3 weeks, but part-time work is also possible. Please specify in your application which period you are seeking employment and what kind of working hours you prefer. What does the work involve? As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food as part of a professional kitchen team. Tasks may include working in à la carte, buffet, and order restaurants depending on the location. As a waiter, you will ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service experience. Work environments vary from cozy restaurants to busy hotel breakfasts. Cooks - Education or previous experience in kitchen work - Hygiene passport - Ability to work efficiently in busy situations - Positive attitude and teamwork skills Waiters - Experience in the restaurant industry - Hygiene and alcohol service license (depending on the task) - Energetic and service-oriented approach - Good communication skills Additional skills such as English language proficiency and willingness to work in an international tourism environment are appreciated.
