Job Description
You will work as a recruitment officer in the Central Support Services for Services for the Elderly, which operate across the entire Varsinais-Suomi region in 27 municipalities. You will collaborate with the service manager and other recruitment officers. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth progression of the recruitment process from start to finish. You will prepare filling permit applications and employment contracts, process applications, and actively communicate with applicants. You will work closely with units providing services for the elderly to ensure successful recruitment. You will also handle the proper conclusion of recruitments and submit documents to payroll for archiving. Your duties include representing the employer at educational institutions and recruitment events, as well as building the employer's image on social media. The work is independent and conducted in a hybrid model, both remotely and at the office. Your local workplace is located at Piikkiö in Kaarina. We offer a versatile and responsible role in a small expert team, where you will work closely with managers, job seekers, and educational institutions. Proficiency in Finnish, both written and spoken, is essential, and good Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. Previous experience in recruitment and good IT skills (Microsoft Office programs) are beneficial. Experience with the Kuntarekry system is an advantage. Success in the role is supported by resilience under pressure, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. A driver’s license and the ability to use your own car facilitate mobility. The qualification requirement for the position is a suitable higher education degree or an equivalent previous vocational qualification or other relevant education.
