The work includes individual therapy for children, which can be carried out either at our office located at Tommolankatu 9 or in the clients' everyday environments within the Kymenlaakso region. Your immediate supervisor is a rehabilitation professional who ensures that daily operations run smoothly, allowing you to focus on client work. Find a balance between work and free time We consider each individual's life situation. You can be employed under different salary models or as a self-employed professional. Part-time work is also possible. The monthly salary for a full-time speech therapist working with us ranges from €4,030 to €4,739, depending on experience and work area. We offer flexible working hours on weekdays, allowing you to plan your work rhythm. If desired, you can also choose our performance-based pay model, which allows you to influence your own salary. Speech therapists working on this model typically earn between €4,000 and €6,500 per month, depending on your workload. This model offers flexibility—you can work less and earn less, or work more and earn significantly more. Work arrangements and hours can be tailored to your needs, and our extensive network of locations allows for transfers to another site if your life situation changes.
