Our team has an opening for a practical nurse who wants to do meaningful work in a client's home! In your work, you enable a safe and personalized daily life together with the family in their own home. As a practical nurse, you work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a nurse and a supervisor. In the children's care circle, you work closely with the same family’s daily life, which allows for a calm, individualized, and genuinely present approach. You have a practical nurse qualification, vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, and current medication administration studies (which you can also complete with us if needed). We value previous experience in similar tasks or other diverse work experience in different healthcare environments. Since the service is provided to the client's home, experience with home-based services is an advantage. Most importantly, we want to find a good fit for the team with a genuine desire to care for the client. Proficiency in Finnish is required. Previous experience in children's care circles is not necessary, but experience working with children is considered an advantage. You will receive thorough training tailored to your skills and background, and we want you to feel confident and secure in your work. Orientation is always customized based on your competence and background. Your daily work will be supported by the family, a team supervisor, and a close, professional, and supportive work community. We offer: Depending on your years of experience, a salary of €2415.76 – €2612.33/month plus shift allowances. The salary consists of a base salary (pay grade G20C). If you choose an hourly employment, we pay for the hours worked twice a month (on the 13th and 28th). Monthly salary payments are made on the 25th of each month.
