Location-independent HR Satama Finland Oy was established in the 2020s to meet the needs of modern working life. We provide direct search, recruitment, and hybrid search services, as well as conduct suitability assessments. Additionally, we offer outsourcing and temporary staffing services and advise companies in change situations. We operate nationwide in Finland. We do a lot of direct search work, meaning we find suitable candidates from various networks, create interesting job advertisements, assess candidates' skills, and maintain active contact with clients.
