Senior AI Engineer - Nexthink - Remote - Global

If so, we invite you to join Nexthink as an Senior AI Engineer! As a senior member of the AI team, you will prototype, mature, and ship AI-powered capabilities into Nexthink’s cloud platform. You will lead architectural decisions, establish best practices, and ensure AI systems are scalable, observable, and production-grade. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and operating production-grade AI/ML systems, making architectural decisions, integrating external AI services, solving engineering challenges, defining evaluation frameworks, instrument dashboards, and ensuring observability and reliability of AI systems at scale. You will implement and maintain reproducible ML pipelines, manage deployment and lifecycle of models, optimize systems, collaborate with product teams, mentor junior engineers, and establish standards. Qualifications include a BSc/Master’s in Computer Science, 5+ years of software engineering experience, hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, proficiency in Python and AI frameworks, understanding of machine learning fundamentals, experience with NLP systems, integrating and operating LLMs, MLOps experience, knowledge of reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent AI architectures, strong data intuition, proven experience with AWS, and excellent communication skills. Strong Plus: AWS experience, model optimization, fine-tuning large language models, multi-agent systems, enterprise AI design.
