Qualifications are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (KelpoA 986/1998). The position requires interest and enthusiasm for developing teaching as well as good social skills. An advantage is given to applicants with studies in philosophy, work experience in high school, familiarity with the Abitti system, and computer skills. The salary is determined according to the current OVTES and Nivala city’s salary decisions. The terms of employment are based on OVTES. The selected candidate must submit, within 30 days of receiving the decision, an acceptable criminal record extract and a medical certificate regarding the health requirements for the position, otherwise the appointment will be canceled. The position has a six-month probationary period. Documents proving qualifications should be attached to the electronic application.
