The development coordinator works to promote the settlement of new businesses in the municipality in close cooperation with other departments. The development coordinator participates in certain procurements, prepares grant applications, and conducts independent investigations, both broader and narrower. The role requires the ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously. The qualification requirement is a higher education degree and proficiency in both Swedish and Finnish. Excellent Swedish language skills are considered an advantage, as is stronger Finnish language skills. Good English language skills are also an advantage. The position is temporary, a two-year fixed-term employment starting from 1.9.2026 or as agreed. The trial period is six months. Salary is according to KVTES.
