ICT Service Manager - Insta Group Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are seeking an ICT Service Manager for the group-level ICT team in Tampere, Sarankulma. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, development, and quality of ICT services. Responsibilities include: - Overall assurance of ICT service functionality and quality - Business-driven development and maintenance of service processes and other development projects - Incident & Change Management tasks - Coordination of new ICT service implementations - Budgeting and cost monitoring of ICT services - Extensive internal and external stakeholder cooperation, including internal development workshops and support through training. Requirements: - Over 5 years of experience in similar roles - Relevant higher education degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Software Production, Business Administration) - Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English - Excellent IT skills - Strong evidence in: ICT service quality assurance, business-driven process development, ITIL expertise, SLA management, project management, change management, and facilitation skills.
