Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for a Senior Recruiter. The role involves building and extending client relationships through recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates. Focus on high touch candidate relationship management and customer responsiveness. Responsibilities include creating sourcing strategies, conducting role briefings, managing recruitment processes, and candidate relationship management. Requires 5+ years of full cycle recruitment, client-facing experience, competency-based interviews, ATS experience, and sourcing methodologies. Bilingual French Canadian preferred. The role is remote in the USA.
