Our cafe worker's most important requirement is excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you will handle tasks related to cafe operations during your shift, such as display arrangements, taking orders, cleaning, etc. Later, you may also work alone during quieter shifts. Special diets must be carefully considered, and there should be enthusiasm to learn about our products and operations. We hope for experience in cafe work, customer-oriented attitude, flexibility with shifts, and willingness to work/accept shifts. The job is suitable for students, especially if you have days off during the week. Retirees who want to work a few days a week may also find this position suitable. Shifts are available both on weekdays and weekends. Our handmade products are excellent, so it’s easy to stand behind them, but sometimes it can be busy and other times very quiet. Customer service must always be friendly, regardless of the situation. After training shifts, you will receive guidance as long as you ask questions, and additional help and training will be provided if needed. Part-time employees work variably at Kosken Leipomo cafes. If you cannot reach Naantali, it is okay if the work can be done at other locations. If you can reach Naantali, that is fine even if you cannot reach Skanssi or Kaarina. Shifts always start 1/2 to 1 hour before the store opens and end the same amount of time after closing, so it’s also good to check the store hours and decide if you want to work during these times before submitting your application.
