We are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the Vantaa Tammisto store. The role of an Assistant Store Manager at Puuilo is responsible and diverse. The Assistant Store Manager acts as the operational supervisor of the store staff alongside the Store Manager. They are responsible for store management, staff well-being and training, sales, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager ensures the store's relevance and achievement of sales budgets through appropriate and timely stock management, supervision, and store commerciality. They ensure that staff know their tasks and timing, and they train and develop team members' skills. Salary according to collective agreement. The salary for the Assistant Store Manager position is based on the collective agreement's pay scale D, ranging from €2,297 to €2,857 per month. Salary depends on previous experience and education. Working hours are between 6 am and 8 pm, including weekend shifts, allowing for varied working hours.
