Reporting to the COO of Bentley's Open Applications division, the Senior Product Operations Manager is responsible for enabling high-performing, empowered product teams. The role involves partnering with division leaders, product managers, and development managers to shape and scale best practices across the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include improving workflows, designing lightweight frameworks, scaling agile practices, ensuring effective tooling, coaching teams, supporting OKR planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience working with cross-functional product teams, strong facilitation skills, and experience in product operations or similar roles.
