We are looking for motivated and energetic demolition workers for a large demolition site. Work tasks include various interior and exterior demolition of buildings, material sorting, maintaining site cleanliness, and the safe use of tools and machinery used in demolition. Work tasks include interior and exterior demolition of buildings, demolition of partition walls, floors, ceilings, and fixed furniture, chipping and demolition of concrete structures, demolition of metal structures, sorting, loading, and transporting demolition waste, site protection, dust control, and maintaining cleanliness, following safety instructions. Tools and equipment used include hand tools such as pry bar, sledgehammer, hammer, chisel, utility knife, bolt cutters, pliers, screwdrivers, socket and wrench sets; power tools such as chipping hammer, demolition hammer, rotary hammer, angle grinder, impact drill, cordless drill, reciprocating saw, circular saw, multi-tool; diamond and concrete cutting equipment; dust control and cleaning equipment; lifting and transport equipment; work machinery; measurement and locating devices. Requirements include experience in construction, renovation, or demolition work, good physical condition, energetic and proactive work attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of safety regulations, Finnish language skills.
