The center inspects and maintains lighting, electrical, and heating equipment, ensuring safe and well-maintained products for customers. The role involves planning, directing, and monitoring inspection and maintenance activities, leading a team of over 10 technicians, motivating and guiding them, collaborating with subcontractors and stakeholders, and developing safety and operational procedures. Requirements include relevant education or experience, IT skills, stress tolerance, problem-solving ability, Finnish and English language skills, good communication, and customer service orientation.
