Job Description
Tavana is launching a new elderly communal housing unit in Lahti, opening in fall 2026. The Unit Manager will oversee service quality, team leadership, and operational efficiency for a team of about 12 staff, including a coordinator, guides, and support staff. The role requires extensive experience in elderly services, leadership skills, financial management, system knowledge, and networking.
