Job Description
Lidl Finland is looking for a dynamic and experienced senior employee to lead a fast-paced five-person production team within the marketing department. In this role, you will ensure that the brand's visual identity is maintained with high quality and delivered on time across all channels, including digital, print, and point-of-sale (POS) environments. You will serve as the team's immediate supervisor, ensuring daily operations, resource management, and the efficient execution of weekly campaigns. The position combines a strategic approach to production management with the ability to react quickly to changing local marketing needs. The role is based at the headquarters in Espoo, Niittykummu, with a hybrid work model allowing for remote work for at least half of the month after initial orientation. This is a fixed-term substitute position estimated to last for one year, starting in September 2026.
