Landscape Construction Team Leader - Ennobling Oy

Ennobling Oy is looking for a skilled and motivated landscape construction team leader to strengthen our growing team in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In this role, you will be responsible for the practical implementation of landscape construction sites together with the rest of the workgroup. The tasks include a variety of landscape and earthworks as well as organizing daily work on the site. Your responsibilities include: Landscape and garden construction work Implementation of paving, planting, and lawning Supervising the workgroup and monitoring progress Reading worksite drawings and overseeing implementation Understanding ground leveling and elevation at the site Operating machinery and tools We expect you to have: Experience in landscape construction or earthworks Ability to act responsibly as a site supervisor Skills in reading worksite drawings Good understanding of ground leveling and elevation Initiative and a positive work attitude A valid B driver's license Experience with machinery is considered an advantage We offer: Diverse and varied work sites A professional and relaxed work community Competitive salary based on skills Opportunities for development and taking responsibility.
