Job Description
We are looking for a cold-minded B2B sales professional for a long-term partnership in the Koulutusverkko.fi team. We are not seeking someone to handle ready-made orders. We want a person who can independently manage the entire sales funnel: from cold contact to needs creation, building a winning offer, and closing the deal. What do we expect from you? Customer Engagement: You can generate interest, create needs from scratch, and steer the conversation purposefully towards the goal. Solution Sales Skills: You have strong evidence of successful B2B service, software, application, or training sales. You can articulate the value as a clear offer. Closing Ability: You have tact and courage to ask for the sale straightforwardly. Entrepreneurial Attitude: You lead your work (contract work) persistently without micromanagement. What do we offer?
