Job Description
The City of Kouvola is hiring for basic education: Full-time basic education teacher for the period 10.8.2026 - 5.6.2027. Applicants must have teaching qualifications for basic education (as per the decree on qualification requirements for education personnel 986/1998 with subsequent amendments), employed from 2.8.2026 to 31.7.2027. Special class teacher duties for grades 5-6. Workplace: Keskustan School. Qualifications are based on the decree on qualification requirements for education personnel. A four-month trial period will be observed when filling the position. Certificates and diplomas must be presented during the possible interview. The selected candidate must provide a criminal record extract related to working with children and a health certificate within the specified deadline, in accordance with the law (504/02).
