Job Description
Bondora is seeking a Head of Engagement & Retention to lead our customer activation and growth efforts across multiple markets. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will develop and refine a customer-level orchestration system that personalizes offers and messaging to over 1.4 million customers. Your role involves managing the platform Braze, collaborating with product and analytics teams, building scalable content libraries, leading a team of three, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize retention strategies.
