Our team has an opening for a practical nurse who wants to do meaningful work in clients' homes! Home care services assist clients with daily activities they cannot perform independently. Services include medical and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition, as well as rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity. We have time to listen to clients and their loved ones, exchange news, and our care services are primarily about caring. You have a practical nurse qualification, vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, and current theoretical studies in medication management (which you can also complete with us if needed). Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated. You have a driver’s license and access to a personal car. We will reimburse mileage according to state travel regulations.
