Excavator Supervisor - WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy

We are looking for an excavator supervisor for our client company in the Tampere area, for versatile earthworks and infrastructure construction projects. The job involves assisting the excavator operator and performing various earthmoving tasks according to the needs of the construction site. Your duties may include installing drainage, stormwater, and wastewater pipes, finishing trenches, protecting cables and pipes, checking levels, filling and compaction work, and other infrastructure construction tasks in collaboration with the excavator operator. Work starts flexibly according to agreement. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 15:30. Salary is based on your skills and experience: 14.19–18.64 €/h + collective agreement supplements. Requirements: Valid safety card. Age of majority. Previous experience in earthworks or infrastructure construction. Good physical condition. Energetic and proactive work attitude. A Tieturva 1 card, laser operation skills, and the ability to read earthworks drawings are considered advantages. Having your own car is also an advantage. What we offer: Diverse and varied tasks.
