Professional Support Person for Disability Services - ONNI

We are seeking professionals in disability services to support clients' participation, interaction, and realization of their own choices in services under the new Disability Services Act. The goal of special participation support is to enable individuals with disabilities to participate, make their own choices, and engage in meaningful activities through personalized support. The support person works alongside the client according to their needs, wishes, and goals, and supports interaction, decision-making, and community participation as needed. What does the work involve? - Providing personalized support according to the client's goals and wishes - Supporting the client's participation, interaction, and autonomy - Assisting at home and in various environments outside the home - Building a safe, trusting, and client-centered support relationship What do we expect? - Suitable healthcare education - Good understanding of disability and how different functional challenges affect daily life - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently while respecting individual client needs - Reliable, responsible, and safe work attitude - Ability to travel with the client in various environments The work is performed in two shifts on weekdays and weekends.
