Personal Assistant - Valkeejärvi, Janne - Nokia, Finland

Currently seeking a very humorous, easygoing, social, and flexible assistant for a 1-3 person team, for easy assistance tasks in a permanent position, depending on the billing method. I am a 38-year-old man with cerebral palsy. I live with my male partner and our cat in Taka-Lauttala, Nokia. My speech may sound somewhat unclear at first, but it is quickly understandable. I move indoors with a manual wheelchair, but outdoors, such as shopping trips, I use an electric wheelchair. I generally manage mobility and transfers independently. I am looking for a good person with whom seven-hour days will pass smoothly. In the assistant I am seeking, I do not emphasize work efficiency or experience, although they are not a problem if they are not too prominent. I hope you are open, social, and have a robust sense of humor. Assistance hours are granted at 174 hours/month, and I promise approximately 34 hours/week over five days. The work is daytime, but may also include shift and weekend work. Your working hours are between 10:00 and 17:00. You will support my daily life alone, and this allows for flexible working hours through negotiation. A good person can also be flexible with the hours. I do not require a car or a driver’s license. Based on my experience, those who have them can better adapt to flexible working hours. Your tasks will include shopping with me, preparing food, handing me food, clothing care, cleaning the home, and outdoor work in the yard and garden. We live in a detached house, so outdoor tasks are involved. Please consider the approximately one-kilometer walk to the store. If you can handle small carpentry tasks, such as using a hammer, it is an advantage. As a personal assistant, you do not need to know these skills, as my role is to guide you.
