We are looking for a permanent Personnel Coordinator to join our HR team in Espoo, Mikkeli, or Oulu. The role involves supporting managers and HR teams in personnel matters, handling communication tasks in Finnish and English, organizing events, and producing clear instructions and notices. The role requires relevant education and experience in HR and payroll tasks, with skills in HR systems such as Mepco, Tiima, and M2. The coordinator will also act as a course secretary within MyAcademy, our internal training platform.
