Sales Assistant, Espoo - Mikkelä & Kauklahti (20-30 h/week) - Lidl Suomi Ky - Helsinki, Finland

Are you the new Lidl employee? Lidl is an inspiring retailer in the grocery sector that wants to act boldly and responsibly. We are now looking for sales assistants for our stores in Espoo Mikkelä and Kauklahden with a contract of 20-30 hours per week, but working hours can be adjusted as needed. The work at Lidl is versatile, fast-paced, and fun. In the store, there is plenty of activity, a relaxed team spirit, and the workdays are often varied. The main tasks include cashier work, shelf stocking, and store cleanliness. Work begins with proper training, starting from basic tasks, with opportunities for additional responsibilities as skills develop, such as working at the bakery counter. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not necessary. We value a good attitude, willingness to learn, active asking for help, and a positive outlook. Customer service in Finnish at level B1 is required, but native proficiency is not necessary. We offer a competitive hourly wage of €11.33–€15.26, based on experience and education, plus Lidl-specific bonuses and benefits such as staff discounts, health care, and various partner benefits.
