Job Description
We are looking for a sales representative for the sale of protective equipment in the construction sector in the Uusimaa region! We are recruiting a new sales person for our client company in the Uusimaa area! A year ago, we successfully completed a similar recruitment for this client, and the company has had a year of growth. This year, it is time to do the same again, as there is still growth to be gained from the market. The sales territory covers construction and renovation sectors, and the products sold are protective gear. You do not need to know the products immediately, and you may not need experience in construction, as the client is willing to train you to understand the products and teach the specifics of the construction industry. In this sales role, as in any sales job, the most diligent will succeed. Those who are ready to make one more call or go to one more meeting. As all salespeople know, diligence is what is rewarded in sales! The work involves active visits to customers across the Uusimaa region, so a car is necessary for the job. The client’s office is located in Malmi, Helsinki, from where it is easy to commute to almost anywhere in the Helsinki metropolitan area in about 20 minutes. The salary is based on a base salary plus a bonus based on success. If you possess the following qualities, you might be the person we are looking for: Experience in sales, experience in construction sales is an advantage but not a requirement – we are looking for someone familiar with closing deals. Good Finnish and English language skills – Finnish is the working language. High work ethic – the work is independent, and you are responsible for your own results. B-driver’s license and ability to use your own car – the work covers a wide area in Uusimaa. Good social skills – you get along with people even in tough situations.
